I want to use 3 small rectangular pendants but am concerned about rotation. I need the 15' cord, can't use the stem as they are not long enough. They need to remain parallel.

Thank you for your question and your interest in Alluminare!
The best way to ensure no movement of a rectangular or square shade is to use a stem suspension. However, even using a 15' cord suspension, there will not be free rotation of the shade because you will have attached the shade securely to the cord socket. The socket may sway and twist in a breeze, but it does not rotate freely. So once the breeze stops, the shade will return to its original position.
Because the cord is bundled for shipping, it may take as much as a week to fully straighten out once installed. During that time, the shade may shift from its original position. After a week you can loosen where the shade is attached to the socket, reposition the shade and secure it again, and that will be its standard position going forward.
