Behind the scenes, our order management system and our people are dedicated to ensuring the correct parts are pulled for your order. However, should you find a part missing, we will send a replacement out to you right away at our expense. It is as simple as calling us, or opening a help desk ticket online, or even chatting with us. We take care of you all the way, and should there be anything missing at all, we jump on it!
We can do this because it is quite rare that a part is missing---less than 0.5% of our customers report a missing or damaged part and we are proud of the care we take in ensuring your order is complete and accurate!
