Who qualifies

Trade accounts are available to bonafide members of the trade only.  This includes distributors, specifiers, architects and designers.  To be fair to all our customers, we ask that credentials be supplied at the time of opening your account with us.  You must present a fully-functional website address (no "under construction" pages please), an ASID or AIA card, or a current business license illustrating your status as a trade member.

How does it work?

Sign up for a trade account with us (click on the link on any of our pages in the bottom right hand corner).  You'll get a page after you sign up with the fax number and email address to send your credentials to.  We then view your credentials and will open an account should you fit our stated requirements for trade.  You'll get an email within 4 business hours of receipt of your credentials stating your account has been opened.

Once your account is opened, you simply sign into it and your trade discount is automatically applied.  We encourage you to place your order online because it is the most fast and accurate way to get your order in.

How much is the trade discount?

The trade discount is 15% above and beyond any sales we are offering so you can rest assured you are getting the best price for your clients possible.

Can I get a quantity/bulk discount in addition?

Our products are made-to-order, so there is no economy of scale for most projects.  However, if your project calls for more than 100 of the same exact piece ordered at one time, we can find a way to meet your project budget.
