If there is damage in shipment

Damage bothers all of us. That's why we double-box most larger items in heavy-duty boxes, and use plenty of recyclable peanuts. Our team carefully packages and inspects each shipment to prevent damage along the way. But in case it does get damaged, we'll pick it up and remake it for you at no charge---and put a rush on it too. We request that you check your order when it arrives and let us know within 30 days.

If you change your mind

Please know that every order is custom made, to your specifications, by people right here in the US. We want you to love your custom product, and keep coming back to us for more. But if you should change your mind, and there is no damage or problem with the item, you are still covered:

Lighting Fixtures, Table Lamps, Lampshades and Pillows

We offer 2 simple options. If you want to return your order within 30 days of delivery, you can ship it back at your expense and:

1. Exchange for store credit.  We'll issue you a gift code for the full original price.*

2. Return for a refund. We'll credit your original payment method for the full original price.*

*For multi-piece orders totalling over $1,000, a 15% restocking fee applies. If you're not sure of material or size, and plan on a large order, please order just one first.  Exchanges are limited to one time per order.

Fabric By the Yard & Wallpaper

Because it is printed to your specifications, we do not offer exchanges of fabric by the yard or wallpaper. If you are matching an existing item or color, we recommend that you order the minimum quantity first to work from before placing the full custom fabric order.

If your order is incorrect in any way

We've been making custom items since 2001, so we've nailed the process. That being said, if your order should be incorrect at all, or not up to our quality standards, we'll pick it up, and either remake it or refund you 100%, including your shipping fee. We request that you check your order when it arrives and let us know within 30 days.  

Please note: colors vary from monitor to monitor.  This is why we offer material and color samples for a nominal fee.   The color being slightly different than you expected if you haven't ordered a physical sample does NOT mean that the order is incorrect -- but you are still welcome to exchange it within 30 days of delivery.
