Pendants, Lampshades and Pillows

We offer a full exchange of your custom fixtures. Period. If you are not fully delighted with your choice within 30 days of delivery to your door, you may return your order for store credit in the amount you paid minus the original shipping charge, if any, up to $500.  If the order total is greater than $500, a 20% restocking fee will apply.  The store credit may be used towards the purchase of any Alluminare product, and any sales discounts that are current at the time you use your store credit may also be applied to your exchange order.

Exchanges are easy: click "Order status" at the bottom of the home page, then follow the instructions on the following page. In order to serve you in the most efficient way possible, exchange requests cannot be made via telephone. To ensure 100% quality, we can only process exchanges made through our system.

Quality Pledge

If your custom fixture was made incorrectly or not up to our strict quality standards, you have two options: we will remake it for you at no cost, or you may return it for a full refund up to $500.  If the order total is greater than $500, a 20% restocking fee will apply. In order to obtain a refund, you must notify us within 30 days of receiving the fixture, and we will schedule a pickup for you. Your credit card will be refunded after the fixture arrives back at our facility for inspection.

Custom Fabric by the Foot

Because it is printed to your specifications, we do not offer exchanges of custom fabric by the foot. If you are matching an existing item or color, we recommend that you order a color blanket to work from before placing your custom fabric order.  You can also place an order for a small piece to check against your other items.

Wallpaper by the Foot

Because it is printed to your specifications, we do not offer exchanges of custom wallpaper by the foot. If you are matching an existing item or color, we recommend that you order a color blanket to work from before placing your custom wallpaper order (during our beta period for wallpaper, we match our wallpaper to our custom fabric, so you will get a custom fabric color blanket).  You can also place an order for a small piece to check against your other items.
