&lt;p&gt;We stand behind everything we make. If your custom fixture was made incorrectly or not up to our &lt;a href=&quot;http://www.alluminare.com/whybuy.asp&quot;&gt;strict quality standards&lt;/a&gt;, you have two options: we will remake it for you at no cost, or you may return it for a full refund up to $500.&amp;nbsp;  If the order total is greater than $500, a 20% restocking fee will apply.&amp;nbsp; In order to obtain a refund, you must notify us within 30 days of receiving the fixture, and we will schedule a pickup for you.&amp;nbsp; This applies to one item per order only (so if you are ordering multiple pieces and are unsure, please place a one-piece order first). Your credit card will be refunded after the fixture arrives back at our facility for inspection.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;We carefully package our products to ensure they arrive to your location damage-free.&amp;nbsp; On occasion, the shipping company may get rough with a box.  If something was damaged in shipment, we still stand behind our product:&amp;nbsp; we will rush a  replacement to you right away (a replacement order is put on high priority).&amp;nbsp; For fixtures that may have been damaged during shipment, please see our &lt;a href=&quot;http://support.alluminare.com/forums/28479/entries/17531&quot;&gt;damage policy&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;</body>
