If your custom fixture was made incorrectly or not up to our <a href="http://www.alluminare.com/whybuy.asp">strict quality standards</a>, you have two options: we will remake it for you at no cost, or you may return it for a full refund up to $500.&nbsp; If the order total is greater than $500, a 20% restocking fee will apply.&nbsp; In order to obtain a refund, you must notify us within 30 days of receiving the fixture, and we will schedule a pickup for you.&nbsp; This applies to one item per order only (so if you are ordering multiple pieces and are unsure, please place a one-piece order first). Your credit card will be refunded after the fixture arrives back at our facility for inspection.&nbsp;</p> <p>We carefully package our products to ensure they arrive to your location damage-free.&nbsp; On occasion, the shipping company may get rough with a box.
