We stand behind everything we make. If your custom fixture was made incorrectly or not up to our strict quality standards, you have two options: we will remake it for you at no cost, or you may return it for a full refund up to $500. If the order total is greater than $500, a 20% restocking fee will apply. In order to obtain a refund, you must notify us within 30 days of receiving the fixture, and we will schedule a pickup for you. This applies to one item per order only (so if you are ordering multiple pieces and are unsure, please place a one-piece order first). Your credit card will be refunded after the fixture arrives back at our facility for inspection.
We carefully package our products to ensure they arrive to your location damage-free. On occasion, the shipping company may get rough with a box. If something was damaged in shipment, we still stand behind our product: we will rush a replacement to you right away (a replacement order is put on high priority).
