Most orders ship from Georgia zip code 31021 using UPS Ground.
Here is a sample listing of ship times from Georgia to several locations within the United States:
To St. Louis, MO: 2 days

Due to the size of our boxes, overnight shipping charges can cost more than the product itself, so we only use standard ground shipping. However, we are happy to rush the manufacturing of your order as a courtesy if there is room in our production schedule. Please go to our support center and open a ticket if you are working on a deadline and we will be happy to accommodate you if possible.
Because of the large size of our parcels, we ship via UPS to Canada. We would have preferred to use our USPS and then Canada Post, but our boxes are quite large and our postal services will not handle them.
Shipping rates to Canada can be found online when you place your items into the cart. There is a shipping calculator with all of the Canadian provinces listed. You are responsible for any duties, brokerage fees and taxes on the Canada side. We ship UPS Standard. Our products are 100% made in the USA.
Orders cannot be packaged as a gift for international orders. The actual value of the items contained in the package must be noted on the customs forms that are attached to your package.
We ship to anywhere within the US (including Puerto Rico, Guam, Alaska and Hawaii) and most locations in Canada. We do not ship outside the USA or Canada. However, we will ship to a freight forwarder who can then forward the parcels to your international location. We do not have a listing of forwarding services available at this time. Please note that shipping outside of the USA or Canada will void any damage claims or warranty coverages as we cannot control the quality of the shipping when shipped internationally through a freight forwarder.
We take the utmost care in boxing your order with us. All items are double-boxed, which can make our boxes quite large. Your satisfaction is everything to us: we want you to get your order in undamaged condition, so we take the extra step of double-boxing your order.
This also means a lot of packing peanuts will be in your boxes. The wonderful news is that any UPS store will accept your boxes and peanuts for recycling. Take them by---your local UPS store will be happy to use them again! It saves them money by re-using the peanuts, and it is better for our environment!
Shipping is calculated per item, which means that you can place multiple smaller orders or one large order and the shipping amount will be the same.
We sometimes are asked "why is shipping so much?" and we want to make sure all of our customers understand the quality that goes into each shipment.
We double-box every order, and we package your shipment in new boxes with new packing peanuts---in a double layer. While our shades are lightweight, it is the size of the box that the shipping cost is based on.
